Background and
Introduction
Pierre "JUMPING JACK" Deschesnes was born in Shawinigan-Sud
Canada and presently resides in Gautier, Mississippi.
He began his mascot career with Jean-Claude Tremblay Creations as a
mascot performer with the Montreal Expos Baseball Team and today is
widely known as the Mascot "Jumping Jack".
Currently and for the last fifteen years, he has administered mascot
programs for major festivals, sports teams, and corporations and has
created the program for the MSE Mascot training school.
Pierre has performed as Jumping Jack with numerous major sports teams
and events such as the Montreal Expos, several hockey teams in the
American Hockey League, East Cost Hockey League, Central and United
Hockey League, and the Memorial Cup. Pierre continues his career
today as an entertaining mascot performer throughout the USA, and Canada.
In 1995, Pierre left Canada for the USA. Since this time he has
worked during the hockey, baseball and football season.
